How to Initiate a Refund, Return, or Replacement

photos and a video of the product that highlight the issue
(defect, damage, or incorrect item).

We’ll Arrange the Pickup: Once your request is
reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the product to be
picked up from your location at a convenient time. Please ensure
the product is securely packed in its original packaging to
avoid further damage during transit.
Who Bears the Shipping Costs?

If the Issue is on Our Side: If the product is
defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, MGPS will
bear all return and replacement shipping costs.

If the Wrong Product was Ordered by the Buyer:
If the incorrect product was ordered by mistake, the customer
will bear the return shipping costs. In this case, MGPS will
arrange for the product pickup, and the customer will be
responsible for covering the shipping charges.
Refunds or Replacements
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:

Refunds: If eligible, your refund will be
processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment
method.

Replacements: If a replacement is requested, we
will ship the new product to you promptly at no extra cost,
provided the issue was our mistake.
Important Considerations

48-Hour Request Window: Refund, return, or
replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving
the product. Any requests made after this period may not be
eligible.

Product Condition: The returned product must be
in its original condition, unused, and undamaged (apart from the
reported issue). Any product returned that shows signs of misuse
or intentional damage will not qualify for a refund or
replacement, and the item will be returned to the customer at
their expense.

governing eCommerce and consumer protection in India. MGPS
reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time, in
compliance with applicable laws. All legal matters concerning this
policy are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad,
