The website www.parentingguru.co.in ("parentingguru.co.in") is operated by Majestic Garbh Sanskar, Partnership firm ("MGS" or "us" or "we" or "our"), having its registered office located 20, Manorath Estate, near milan cinema, saraspur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Please read the Conditions of Use document carefully before using the parentingguru.co.in website. By using the parentingguru.co.in website, you signify your agreement to be bound by Majestic Garbh Sanskar’s Conditions of Use.

This Commission Agreement is between Majestic Garbh Sanskar, creator of Parenting Guru app and any individual who agrees to work on volunteer basis/in association (now onwards referred as “Associate” or “Associates” or “agent” ).

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement shall continue in effect from the date of account validation by Majestic Garbh Sanskar until terminated by Majestic Garbh Sanskar (referred as MGS in rest of the document).

The MGS may terminate this Agreement with or without notice or cause. Nothing in this Agreement shall guarantee employment or supersede the at-will employment laws of India.

Associate title will be SALES ASSOCIATE, considered an exempt employee, and not subject to minimum wage or overtime regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• - Spreading an awareness about Parenting
• - Selling of mobile app named Parenting Guru based daily parenting plan to the concerned users (Parents of the child age group 0 to 12 years old).

Commission Rate:

Commission rate would as per the verbal/in-person/telephonic discussion and mutual agreement.

Payment conditions:

• - In case of direct payment made by user (in app), commission amount would be settled in the bank account of Associate in the first week of next month after deduction of payment gateway charges, applicable TDS and any other Government taxes or charges applicable.
• - payment would be as per discussion and mutual agreement.
• - Associate shall purchase code on discounted rate from assigned web portal and can distribute it to the parents after payment confirmation from end user.
• - Recurring commission payment would not be applicable if agreement between Associates and MGS got cancelled or terminated.
• - Amount paid to MGS against code generated by Associate is/are not refundable in any circumstances.
• - Generation of Code is subject to confirmation of your payment. We may revoke your access of an app/code in case of dispute/non-receiving of payment from payment gateway.
• - MGS reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms.

Privacy

• - The personal information / data provided to us by you during the course of usage of Parentingguru.co.in will be treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable laws and regulations. If you object to your information being transferred or used, please do not use the website.
• - If you use the website (parenitngguru.co.in), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
• - Associates are responsible to maintain the privacy of app users (associates’ referral). In case of any misuse of app user’s data, which causes any legal or moral actions, you agree to accept responsibility. In any such unlawful event occurred by your account/by you/your sub ordinate, MGS will terminate the agreement with an immediate impact, and MGS shall withhold the outstanding commission.

Access to parentingguru.co.in

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

• - Anyone can participate in this volunteer work as Associate, and none of the Associate can claim for exclusive rights for any specific area like village, city, taluka, district or state or nation. MGS reserve all the right to permit any individual/groups to act as an associate.
• - Majestic Garbh Sanskar has got all the rights to change product price/offer discount at any point of time.
• - MGS reserves the right of ownership to all goods, services, products, data, mobile applications or software delivered by us. Associate shall not claim ownership on any goods, services, products, mobile applications or software delivered/developed/produced/created/printed, data by MGS. However, depending upon the agreement and discussion with MGS, identity of an associate may reflects in Parenting Guru app.

Majestic Garbh Sanskar understands the importance of privacy of its users and believe in maintaining confidentiality of the data provided by its users. Privacy policy provides best practices for managing the user data and their personal information by Majestic Garbh Sanskar and App and website Users.
